Quickly skimming the article, I did not find the protocols which seem to refer to a part 2 to this article? Did I read this correctly and if so where is part two please?

Yes, it can. I used a cream, rubbing it on to my entire feet at night. I thought it might be helping the tingling the first day, and I was sure it was by the third day. On the fourth morning I looked down at my feet and all the purple mottling was completely gone. I wasn't expecting that. I only use it once a day because it makes me tired and sleepy, so I use it just before bed. If you are diabetic, gold thread or berberine made from gold thread might help, too.

Can you specify what DMSO brand of cream you used on your feet and DMSO strength. Picture or link would help. Thank you.

I don't think it makes much difference what brand you use, but I used one called Natures Gift, 70% DMSO and 30% aloe. It is available on Amazon, $26.55 for 4 oz.
